Take Notice Management was established in December of 2009 by Lamont Dagen who is the founder and President/CEO.

A member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Incorporated, this Chicago State University alum, is a former elite triple jumper who decided to step out and assist other athletes who have yet to be given an opportunity to excel in their respective sports. Establishing himself right out of the gates in his company’s first year, Lamont has done speed training with former Chicago Bears defensive back DJ Moore and NFL prospect Karlos Whittaker while coaching and representing track and field athletes ranked in the top 30 in the world in their respective events.

Driven by the initiative of serving based on the motto of Making the Unknown Known and the Known Recognizable, Lamont’s hands on approach and personal attention allows him to not only insure his athletes/clients are satisfied, but it has allowed him to gain the respect of executives and other business people across all sports.
